Yes, absolutely! I’ve planned and coordinated many weddings outside of Nashville and love working in new locations. Travel fees apply for any events outside a 50-mile radius of Nashville, but I’m happy to go wherever your celebration takes me!

I’m currently booking Full Planning dates for 2026! For Full Planning and Full Planning & Design, we typically like 10–12 months— but we’ve pulled off beautiful weddings in much less time.
For Wedding Coordination, we jump in about three months out. That gives us time to get familiar with your vendor team, finalize the details, and build a seamless timeline so you can fully enjoy the lead-up to your day.

We’ll stay in touch regularly! I send milestone emails each month to keep everything on track, and we’ll have meetings at key points in the planning process. I’m always available if you’d like to schedule additional meetings or have questions along the way—whether by email, text, or phone. My goal is to keep you informed, supported, and stress-free every step of the way.

Yes! By request or for larger events, I bring trusted assistants to ensure every detail is set and every moment flows smoothly. You won’t be lifting a finger.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking and they are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and kickstart the planning process. That said, if something big changes, we’ll always do our best to work with you.
